Our QLD Government Client is currently seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Financial Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term initiative focused on delivering fit-to-standard solutions that will improve financial processes, system integration, and service delivery across a complex environment. This will be for an inital 12 month Contract with a High Likelihood of extension with WFH Flex and Market Rates on offer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide SAP Finance expertise across core finance modules including Fixed Assets, Treasury, Real Estate, Revenue Cycles, Project Accounting, and Budgeting.
- Promote standard SAP S/4HANA processes across the program.
- Lead and contribute to workshops, design activities, and cross-functional task groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence adoption and resolve finance-related issues.
- Represent finance in integrated, cross-value stream processes.
- Review program deliverables and ensure alignment to objectives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum two (2) full SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations.
- Expertise in data migration and cutover approaches.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and risk assessment skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology or equivalent.

DESIRABLE:

- Experience supporting large-scale programs within Federal, State, or Local Government environments.
- Exposure to multi-release program operations.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively across virtual teams.
