Key Account Role

This position involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business expansion and maximise customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of key accounts to achieve business growth.
  • Create strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Represent the company at key customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in an account management or key account executive role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical aptitude with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field desirable.
