Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Assistant to support the Boutique Manager in driving sales, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical to the success of our retail business and requires a skilled individual who can assist with daily tasks, including rostering, general administration, staff training, inventory planning, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business administration, minimum 5 years of retail experience, and proven skills in customer service, staffing management, and computer literacy.

This is a full-time position that requires a team player with excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills. The successful candidate must also possess numerical and financial skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective time management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for motivating staff to achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld, and handling operational issues correctly. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
