As a Policy Specialist - Academic Excellence, you will support the Manager of Academic Policy in driving the strategic development and continuous refinement of university policies and procedures related to learning, teaching, and curriculum. Your key responsibilities will include drafting and preparing policy documents, conducting benchmarking and research initiatives, and engaging in consultation and collaboration with staff across the University to promote alignment and best practices.
What You'll Bring to This Role- A degree and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and task prioritisation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to undertake research and benchmark standards.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- A salary range of $85k–$103k per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
- Periodic salary increases between 1 January 2025 to 1 July 2026 totalling an 8% increase.
