About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities in the Inner City area.
Main Responsibilities:- Schedule programmed works, travel to properties to validate scopes submitted by clients, identify any variations and ensure accurate capture of information within management systems.
- Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends, recording progress with relevant documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification or relevant experience.
- A valid driver's licence and own vehicle to travel within the region.
- Strong stakeholder management experience (internal and external) and experience managing subcontractors within a construction project environment.
- Skilled in handling high-volume work orders with strong administrative abilities to ensure accurate job management.
- Customer relationship management experience.
