Job Description:
As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability across Victoria. This exciting opportunity offers a clear development path into a General Manager position, providing an inspirational leader with the chance to develop store teams, maximize profits, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-line sales and EBIT targets in the region
- Control remuneration costs and optimize profit through reduced shrinkage
- Build productive relationships with external partners
- Maintain an engaged and motivated workforce, with plans in place for all stores
- Provide effective performance management and coaching to team members
- Understand customer needs, seek, and act on feedback
- Maintain a safe working environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ambitious and keen to progress to GM level
- Experience as an inspirational leader in a regional or state role within the fashion/clothing industry
