Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a key position within our Community Nursing and Physiotherapy teams, working across Forbes and Parkes sites.

The successful candidate will work closely with the community nursing and physiotherapy teams, providing high-quality care and support to clients in need.

Key responsibilities include coordinating referrals, managing physical activity programs, and facilitating group exercise programs for community members.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm, with opportunities for education, planning, and supervision sessions.

Requirements
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of organization and time management
