We are seeking passionate Graduate Physiotherapists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available across Sutherland. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Assess & design impactful therapy sessions to improve balance, range of movement, posture and muscle strength.
  • Provide support through hydrotherapy sessions or complete respiratory assessments and treatments.
  • Complete postural assessments and trial assistive technologies such as standing frames and manual wheelchairs.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

Induction, Training and Support
  • Full week of graduate-specific induction sessions covering community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
  • Support from colleagues, including a buddy from the previous graduate cohort.
  • 1:1 supervision with a discipline-specific supervisor for clinical guidance and transition into full-time work.
  • 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.
  • 4 full days of paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources at all sites.

About You

We're looking for Physiotherapists with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability, who seek continuous improvement and are proactive about participant care and goal achievement.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
