We are looking for an experienced Principal-Design who has a strong understanding of urban design principles and practices. The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in urban design, architecture, or a related field and 5-8 years of experience in a professional services firm or state/local government.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of projects and services within the organisation's diversified portfolios. They will also have a strong understanding of the NSW planning framework and be able to apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality urban design solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Lead moderate to large-scale projects as a Project Manager and provide oversight of multiple projects.
- Invest in long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Work collaboratively across a wide range of projects and services within the organisation's diversified portfolios.
- Liaise regularly with clients and understand their needs, deliver high-quality work, and manage small to large projects.
- Further develop your consultancy and project management capabilities and enhance your ability to work with relevant policy and legislation.
- Tertiary qualification in urban design, architecture, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional services firm or state/local government.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of the NSW planning framework.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of projects and services.
