Key Responsibilities- Lead moderate to large-scale projects as a Project Manager and provide oversight of multiple projects while developing the skills of others.
- Invest in long-term relationships with clients, improve the overall client experience, and generate repeat business.
- Develop and implement urban design strategies that meet the needs of our clients and the community.
- Collaborate with planners, economists, social planners, project managers, and community & stakeholder engagement professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
- Develop and maintain a broad skillset through working side-by-side with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- A Tertiary qualification in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related degree/discipline.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience within a professional services firm or state/local government.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with a flexible and positive attitude to working on a range of different projects concurrently.
- Sound working knowledge of the NSW planning framework.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft efficiently, write accurate and comprehensive reports, and prepare external correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members, and build rapport with stakeholders.
