Driving Growth in Education: A Strategic Role

We are a smart school management platform connecting educators and students worldwide. Our vision is to create classrooms that focus on learning and teaching, not administration.

With over 15 years of experience serving the Australian education sector, we're well known and loved amongst K-12 schools. As a key member of our growth team, you'll build relationships with government schools, articulating how our solutions can help teachers, administrators, and leaders achieve their goals.

You'll deliver engaging product demonstrations, work with stakeholders, and partner with our customer success team to ensure the best school experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business opportunities from incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation.
  • Refining our lead generation process through continuous learning and improvement.
  • Developing a regional sales strategy and execution plan with senior leadership and marketing teams.
  • Reaching and exceeding quarterly targets for qualified leads, demos, and customers signed.
  • Staying up-to-date on our products and participating in regular training sessions.
  • Supporting local and national marketing events.
  • Collaborating with the onboarding and training team to bring new customers onto our platform quickly.

About You

Ideally, you've sold to the education sector before, understand how schools operate, and consult rather than sell. You love what you do and want to join a supportive sales team. Results-driven with a growth mindset.
