Compassionate Support Care Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients with varying needs.
About the Role
- You will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, light household cleaning, social support, shopping, and transportation.
Your Skills and Experience
- Prior experience working in a support worker role or similar is essential.
- Covid-19 Vaccination Passport (3 x doses) is mandatory.
- A current NDIS worker screening clearance is also required.
- A First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check are necessary for this role.
- A current Driver's Licence (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for transporting clients.
