Clinical Operations Director for Nephrology Services

This newly created leadership role will drive exceptional performance in Nephrology services. The successful candidate will lead a team of nursing professionals and manage day-to-day Dialysis operations across multiple sites.

About the Role

The Clinical Operations Director Nephrology will develop a comprehensive understanding of Nephrology, leading strategic direction, managing resources, and workforce planning for the Nephrology Service. This includes supporting innovative models of care, business activities, and budget management.

Monash Health is the quaternary provider of Nephrology Services in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our services include chronic kidney disease prevention and management, kidney and kidney-pancreas transplantation, dialysis therapies, supportive care, research, education, and training programs.

Key Requirements:
  • AHPRA Nursing Division 1 registration
  • Significant experience in Renal Nursing and proven experience leading high-performing teams

  • Quality improvement, project management, and change management experience
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
