Senior Renal Service Executive

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nursing or allied health professional to take on leadership responsibilities within the Nephrology Department.
As a key member of the Nephrology Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, strategic initiatives, business operations, and workforce planning. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative care models that reflect best practices.
The successful candidate will be accountable for clinical/operational portfolios and projects, and will seek and promote equitable opportunities for multi-skilling across the Service. They will act as a senior resource and contact person for clinical and professional matters.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum 5 years' recent experience in Renal Services.
- Evidence of ability to engage, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- An understanding of the clinical and service complexities in delivering renal care.
- Knowledge of state-wide model of renal service delivery across Victoria.
- Quality improvement and change management experience and success within healthcare.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
