The Role and Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions within the organization.
  • Supporting fast-paced project and shutdown recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using industry networks and knowledge to ensure a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting operational deadlines through effective time management and communication skills.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to company processes to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume or project-based recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • An inquisitive mindset – you're not afraid to ask questions to get the job done right
  • Ability to work through ambiguity while following established processes and procedures
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
