About the Position
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting guests with a warm welcome and anticipating their needs.
  • You will share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne with our guests, helping them to make the most of their stay.
  • Be the face of our hotel, showing pride in every interaction and ensuring that our guests feel special.
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service by anticipating guests' needs, responding promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests, making sure they have everything they need.
  • Offer valet parking services for our guests' cars.
  • Perform general porter duties as required, always striving to exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our guests.
  • A passion for customer service and finding solutions to meet our guests' needs.
  • A valid Australian driver's license, with the ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
