Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Porter to join our team at the hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and providing exceptional customer service.

The Porter will be responsible for welcoming guests, carrying luggage, valet parking vehicles, and explaining hotel facilities. They will also be required to maintain the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance and provide tourism information to guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work as part of a team but also independently, and have a passion for hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and making them feel welcome.
  • Carrying luggage and other items for guests.
  • Valet parking guest vehicles.
  • Explaining hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
  • Providing tourism information to guests, including dining and entertainment recommendations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
  • A passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to lift heavy luggage and other items.
