We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our Concierge team as a Porter at a leading hotel in Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time.
- Provide exceptional service to guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
- Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
- Valet parking of cars.
- General porter duties as required.
About You:
- A valid Australian driving license.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
