Senior Lawyer Position

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to provide expert legal counsel and support the University's cutting-edge research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to faculty, researchers and stakeholders on regulatory and education aspects.
  • Support major domestic and international projects, funding and grant agreements, research service agreements and Intellectual Property-related matters.
  • Advise on student recruitment compliance and work-integrated learning.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to drive innovation and enable groundbreaking research initiatives.
  • Contribute to an in-house legal team with high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified legal practitioner with at least five years' post-admission experience.
  • Ideal experience in Intellectual Property, the university sector or a research-related field.
  • Strong communication, writing and stakeholder management skills.
