As a key member of our Sydney Branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless coordination of building plans interpretation and accurate data entry in our quotation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to provide administrative support and coordination of building plans interpretation
  • Ensure accurate data entry in quotation systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely service delivery

About You

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry. If you possess previous work experience in a customer service position within the building industry, have a positive attitude, and are flexible to adapt to business needs, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in a customer service position within the building industry
  • Building industry codes and quoting systems knowledge is advantageous, but full training will be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
