Are you a seasoned facilities professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to join our team.
This is a key role that will see you manage our office facilities and administration services, ensuring we maintain a high standard of service for our employees and visitors.
- We are looking for someone with prior experience in facilities or office management, preferably in a public-facing organization.
- You will be responsible for managing contracts, vendors, and stakeholders, as well as maintaining accurate records and registers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with employees, management, and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, financial administration, and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
