  • The role involves managing operating expenditure, maintaining efficient and sustainable operations, and overseeing building inspections under the operating model.
  • You will also be responsible for managing minor reactive works and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management or Operations with a strong understanding of building operations and exposure to building services (fire, mechanical, plumbing).
  • A sound knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A Driver's licence is required for this role.
