Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intellectual Property Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing intellectual property licensing, compliance, and rights.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our IP management function and work closely with project teams to deliver projects successfully.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing the transfer of IP rights between relevant parties;
    • Drafting, negotiating, and managing IP licenses and license obligations;
    • Providing guidance to project personnel on IP requirements and practices;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, or equivalent;
  • Strong interpersonal communication, consultation, and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing IP Licences;
