**Job Description:** As an Intellectual Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the intellectual property portfolio of Agri-Science Queensland. This includes maintaining accuracy and confidentiality while overseeing royalty collection and managing transactions and registrations for patents, trademarks, plant breeder rights, and other intellectual property matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate records of intellectual property transactions using SAP
  • Coordinate purchasing requirements and create and process transactions using a corporate card
  • Provide administrative and financial support on intellectual property matters to the Business Manager
  • Initiate and undertake performance reporting including monitoring of license agreements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in a relevant field such as law, science, or business
