You will work on:

  • Technology procurement and outsourcing
  • SaaS and As-a-Service agreements
  • Cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection
  • Intellectual property commercialisation, brand protection, and portfolio management
  • Franchising and regulatory compliance
  • Competition and consumer law
  • Strategic digital transformation projects
  • Cross-border commercial transactions

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in front-end commercial work, especially in TMT, privacy, and intellectual property
  • Strong drafting skills combined with commercial awareness
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively
  • A genuine interest in emerging legal issues in technology and digital innovation
