We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This person must be a team player, have a great work attitude and be well-presented. A current driver's license and registration certificate is required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering best-in-class property services through day-to-day operations of a portfolio of assets while providing clients with a superior level of service. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible and available to work rotational Saturday mornings.

As a property manager, the primary focus will be on building successful relationships with renters, owners, and contractors. This involves using in-depth experience in planning and managing properties along with excellent communication skills to foster and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Routine inspections and reporting
  • Leasing of properties
  • Liaising with renters, owners, and contractors
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance
  • Lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Arrears management
  • Building the rent roll
  • Administrative duties

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of property management experience
  • Certificate of Registration or License qualification
  • Strong legislation knowledge
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
  • Corporate presentation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven problem-solving skills
