We're looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our team in APAC. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our hiring goals.">
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and integration.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop effective solutions.">
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.">
  • Lead initiatives relating to EVP, employer branding, and ATS configuration.">

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ">
  • 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.">
  • Equivalent experience in a related field, such as human resources or sales.">
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting process and how to attract and assess top talent.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.">
  • Experience using ATS' (Greenhouse & Pinpoint are strongly preferred).">
