This dynamic role oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle for specialist positions across our disability, community, and clinical services. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to source top talent, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and inform workforce planning to meet future service needs.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within NDIS, nursing, or allied health
  • Strong knowledge of AHPRA registration, nurse qualifications, and clinical compliance
  • Understanding of NDIS roles and sector requirements (e.g., Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination)
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search)
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, onboarding processes, and best-practice talent strategies

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in recruitment, preferably within NDIS, nursing, or allied health. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AHPRA registration, nurse qualifications, and clinical compliance, as well as experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
