Novaskill is looking for an inspiring Hospitality Trainer who can bring real industry experience to life in the classroom, engage learners with hands-on training, and help them build the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused career.

We're currently seeking trainers to deliver courses including SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality, SIT40422 Certificate IV in Hospitality, RSA, RCG, and Food Safety Supervisor courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Deliver high-quality training & assessment of students in various delivery methods, such as online, classroom or out on-site with a trainee
  • Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets
  • Ensure all compliance obligations are met, and delivery and assessment standards remain high
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from different backgrounds throughout their vocational journey
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and be ready to share your expertise with the industry's future leaders.

Additional requirements include relevant industry experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
