We are seeking a Hospitality Training Specialist to join our team.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and be ready to share your expertise with the industry's future leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments to provide face-to-face support and guidance to students
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to students in various delivery methods, including online and classroom-based learning
  • Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs and goals
  • Maintain high-quality delivery and assessment standards, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education
  • Provide mentorship and support to students from different backgrounds, helping them to achieve their full potential

About You:

You are a motivated and approachable professional with real-world hospitality experience and a passion for sharing knowledge. You hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) and are confident delivering engaging, hands-on training that supports students to achieve their goals.
