We're part of Welcome Hospitality, a management group with a growing collection of well-loved pubs across Sydney and Coffs Harbour. We're all about genuine hospitality, strong team culture, and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

We're looking for a Casual Supervisor to join our team and help lead the way across Bar, Bistro and Gaming. If you thrive in a busy pub environment and love delivering great service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

In this role, you'll work closely with venue management to lead and support staff, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth service across the bar, floor, bistro and gaming. You'll take charge during shifts, maintain high service standards, and help train and mentor junior team members.

What you'll do:


• Lead and support the team during busy shifts


• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the venue


• Deliver outstanding service to every guest


• Assist with opening and closing procedures


• Uphold compliance with RSA, WHS, and company policies


• Contribute to staff training and team development

What we're looking for:


• Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role in a similar pub environment


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• A proactive and can-do attitude


• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays


• Current NSW RSA and RCG, with Advanced RGO preferable
