We're seeking a skilled Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessments across various hospitality courses, including Certificate III and IV in Hospitality, RSA, RCG, and Food Safety Supervisor courses.
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide face-to-face training support
- Train and assess students in multiple delivery methods, such as online, classroom, or on-site
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance obligations
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from diverse backgrounds
You'll be a motivated and approachable professional with real-world hospitality experience and a passion for sharing knowledge. Hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) and be confident delivering engaging, hands-on training that supports students to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Assessing: Deliver training and conduct assessments for hospitality courses, ensuring learners meet industry standards.
Student Support: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to compliance obligations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional training services.
