
Senior Insurance Business Development Specialist

The role of Insurance Portfolio Leader is pivotal in our business, and we are seeking an accomplished professional to drive success on a large portfolio.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients
- Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions across multiple lines (e.g., motor, property, liability, financial lines)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
- Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management
- Broad mix of experience covering domestic and personal insurance, although knowledge of commercial lines would be beneficial too
- Ability to develop client relationships and manage a book independently
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, cross-selling, and retaining business
