Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across policy and program areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data engineering, analysis, and AI-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Systems Development:
    • Develop relevant open-source and official data sources.
    • Collaborate with developers to build and maintain data models.
    • Maintain ETL pipelines and data cleaning scripts using Python.
  • Data Analysis & Visualisation:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to support policy and program initiatives.
    • Create dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ai Tool Development:
    • Maintain and enhance AI tools for summarising and analysing diverse data sources.
    • Adapt tools for new use cases based on stakeholder needs.
    • Ensure documentation and compliance with internal standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Provide expert advice on data collection, integrity, and interpretation.
  • Additional Data Services:
    • Support broader data initiatives aligned with the Southeast Asia Data Analytics Section.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Demonstrated experience in data science, engineering, and architecture.
    • Proficiency in Python and associated data tools.
    • Strong background in ETL processes, data modelling, and visualisation (e.g., Power BI).
    • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
