About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping economic and pricing policy and monitoring market performance. As a Quantitative Insights Specialist, you will lead a small team to deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights that inform decision-making and policy development.

Your duties will include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable data, statistical, and mathematical models to drive informed decision-making.
  • Developing and executing data collection and presentation strategies to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Delivering regular and ad hoc reports and insights to support policy development and decision-making.
  • Maintaining pricing and market performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key metrics.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and work priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong quantitative mindset with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in statistical software packages such as R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and coordinate complex information to inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics).
