Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver exceptional hospitality services to ensure a world-class experience for our guests.
  • Supervise and lead service in the restaurant and event catering, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage electronic diaries, liaise with kitchen and event teams, and maintain equipment to ensure security and efficiency.

About You:

  • Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and premium dining operations.
  • Proven ability to programme and manage POS systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining high standards under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety practices and service excellence.
  • Professional presentation, customer-focused approach, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
