The Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support and elevate our Front of House operations.

As second-in-charge, you'll work closely with our leadership team to deliver seamless service, inspire junior staff, and help shape the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support the FOH team during service.
  2. Maintain and deliver exceptional service standards aligned with fine dining.
  3. Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff.
  4. Oversee bookings, floor planning, and service flow.
  5. Be a calm, professional presence during service and guest interactions.
  6. Communicate clearly between Front and Back of House.
  7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  8. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and service standards.

About You

Experience in a senior FOH role in fine dining or high-end hospitality.

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and service-driven.

Genuine passion for food, wine, and guest experience.

Availability for nights and weekends.

Current RSA certification required.
