Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with our standards.
  • Develop and adapt seasonal menu items to ensure a fresh and exciting selection for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and management in menu planning and development.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (Diploma of Hospitality Management preferred).
  • Experience as a Chef, ideally within a high-volume or pub setting.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary excellence, with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and organized kitchen.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
