Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to Directors across our Early Learning Centres.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of office administration procedures and records management, and strong organisational skills with a great ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a not-for-profit organisation that strives for a world where people are safe, happy, well and connected with each other in inclusive communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Directors as needed;
  • Liaising with services and families;
  • Managing accounts and related admin tasks;
  • Reporting on assigned tasks;
  • Other administrative tasks as specified on attached Position Description.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures and records management;
  • Strong organisational skills with a great ability to multitask;
  • Experience working within Children Services is highly regarded but not essential.
