Business Trainee Opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Business Trainee to join our partner's team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

We are seeking someone with strong administrative skills, who can accurately and promptly perform a range of tasks. The successful candidate will also have general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Performing administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Answering customer phone enquiries, taking messages and following up on action items.
  • Preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining databases and registers.
  • Communicating and liaising effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Business (customer engagement focus) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
