This role is an exciting opportunity for a Business Trainee to join our partner's team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
We are seeking someone with strong administrative skills, who can accurately and promptly perform a range of tasks. The successful candidate will also have general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Performing administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Answering customer phone enquiries, taking messages and following up on action items.
- Preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining databases and registers.
- Communicating and liaising effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business.
- Certificate III in Business (customer engagement focus) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Complete a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Business (customer engagement focus).
- Join a fun and vibrant team.
- Have real input to continuous business improvement over time.
- Have a dedicated mentor to support and guide you during your traineeship.
- Must not have completed a Cert III or higher in Business.
- Fun, energetic and vibrant personality.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
