About the Role

As our Chief Operating Officer, you'll be responsible for driving the operational backbone of CSB, partnering closely with key teams to enhance efficiencies and create a scalable foundation for global growth. You'll focus on executing high-level strategies, overseeing day-to-day business operations, and ensuring excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Lead initiatives to improve efficiencies, financial planning, and forecasting. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cash flow, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet growth goals.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with CSB's goals. Lead the charge in implementing best practices for international growth, logistics, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand teams to drive synergy and alignment on key initiatives across departments.
  • Financial Strategy: Maximize profitability by identifying growth opportunities, implementing cost-control measures, and overseeing all financial aspects, including reporting, KPI tracking, and investment decisions.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage operational risks and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
About You

We're looking for an experienced business leader who has a proven track record in driving business growth. The ideal candidate has expertise in managing D2C digital platforms, logistics, and international customer engagement.
