About the Team

The Enterprise Performance Group is responsible for delivering functions that facilitate the design, evaluation, and improvement of services across the University. Our team comprises a range of cognate business functions and expertise, including data governance, management, and analytics; business transformation and decision support; operational and service improvement, service design, experience, culture, and capabilities; digital operations; and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Change Leadership: Drive change initiatives aligned with university goals, encompassing planning, execution, and impact assessment.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Excellence: Manage stakeholder engagement, develop clear communication strategies, and ensure seamless information flow.
  • Capacity Building & Resource Optimisation: Lead team development, provide necessary training, and ensure efficient resource allocation for change initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Service Delivery: Monitor change progress, refine processes, and deliver comprehensive change management and communication services.
