Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Adviser to join our team as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer's senior advisory and executive support staff member. The successful candidate will provide high-level strategic and operational support in responding to challenges and opportunities facing the Housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior advisory and executive support to the Deputy CEO on strategic policy and operational issuesCoordinate and manage timely delivery of divisional submissions, briefings, and responses to corporate and government requirements to a high standard of qualityManage and support ministerial, parliamentary, departmental divisional executive functions and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a deep commitment to values-based leadership and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. A strong collaborator with experience in facilitating process and cultural improvements in a busy, complex environment would be highly regarded.
