**Manufacturing Excellence Position**

As a proactive and analytical Manufacturing Improvement Leader, you will leverage your data expertise to drive operational efficiency at our production site. This hybrid role combines leadership in continuous improvement initiatives with advanced data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures, visual management tools, and process controls
  • Train and coach staff on continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Analyze and interpret production data to identify trends, variances, and root causes
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, yield, and throughput
  • Apply statistical tools to support problem-solving and decision-making
  • Present insights and recommendations to site leadership to support operational goals
  • Manage improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to implement changes
  • Track project outcomes and report on ROI and performance improvements
