Key Responsibilities
">- Develop customer segmentation strategies for personalized marketing, ensuring alignment with digital paid & non-paid media campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the integration of CRM data with all marketing performance channels (e.g., PPC, display, social media, EDM).
- Analyse customer data and campaign performance metrics from various digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Your Background:
We're seeking an experienced CRM Specialist with a proven track record in developing and executing customer segmentation strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. If you have a passion for data analysis, marketing, and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in CRM specialisation and data analysis, preferably within a digital marketing or paid performance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms.
