Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to leverage data and algorithms to generate business value in the retail media onsite domain. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, optimization, and AI to drive results.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models, optimization algorithms, and other data-driven solutions for advertising and retail analytics.
  • Build and optimize semantic search solutions using embeddings (e.g., BERT, Sentence Transformers), vector similarity (e.g., cosine similarity), and related AI models.
  • Design and deploy integrated solutions using foundational-AI (e.g., Google Gemini).
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or AI.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and key NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace Transformers, scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with embedding models (e.g., Word2Vec, BERT, Sentence Transformers) and semantic similarity techniques.
  • Strong statistical analysis, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
