Your Role:

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and foster collaboration for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are met.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, focusing on trust, excellence, and long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to the further development of internal processes and certified integrated management systems.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (RPEV, CPEng preferred).
  • Significant local experience in structural engineering design, team leadership, and project delivery across diverse industrial and commercial projects.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
