Disability Support Practitioner

As a Disability Support Practitioner, you play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. We are seeking like-minded professionals to join us in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

  • Deliver personalised support in a group home setting, promoting independence and empowering individuals to make informed choices about their lives.
  • Provide in-home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care, and administering medication, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion.
  • Assist with domestic duties around the home, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.
  • Support clients to engage and participate in their community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Socialise and build a happy and positive relationship with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Transport clients using our minivan if applicable, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Disability
  • NSW Driver's License
  • Live locally to Guildford and surrounding suburbs
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shift times as we operate 24/7
