Job Summary:
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the annual commercial planning cycle, including execution analysis and sales forecasts, to increase value to our patients. The successful candidate will be part of an established team gearing up for the launch of a new medicine.
- Champion high-value customer experience.
- Develop deep market and customer insights and programs to exceed strategic and performance brand objectives.
- Responsible for P&L of Primary Care assigned brand(s) and meeting/exceeding commercial KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-and P&L responsibilities.
- Demonstrated MCE marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership/influence without authority.
- Record of successful relationships and Key External Expert (KEE) management.
- Exceptional data, analytical, business prioritization, and planning skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- High comfort and agility with technologies.
- Highly curious, high learning agility, and orientation.
