Job Title: Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to lead the development and implementation of social media campaigns that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in social media marketing, with expertise in creating and executing effective paid and organic social campaigns. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement influencer partnerships, social listening, and content marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong project management and time management skills.
